How to Get to Mijas Costa

Getting There by Public Transport

Bus

Getting to Mijas Costa by public transport is quite simple from Malaga. You can take the M-220 bus line, which connects Malaga with Fuengirola and stops at various points in Mijas Costa, including La Cala de Mijas.

Another option is the C-1 suburban train from Malaga to Fuengirola. This service is fast, with trains running approximately every 20 minutes. The journey takes about 45 minutes.

Getting There by Car

If you prefer to travel by car, the journey from Malaga Airport to Mijas Costa is direct and fast.

Take the AP-7 highway towards Algeciras and follow signs towards Fuengirola/Mijas. The journey takes approximately 25-30 minutes.
