The offered upgrade was unexpected but worked out great. Our disappointment was with the delivery and round off of the car hire. We had to hand in the car three days earlier due to personal circumstances. In spite of the car being available for rental three days, we received no funds, vouchers or anything. This is a shame because if we had handed the car in a few hours late we would have had to pay extra....

I was very disappointed with the pick-up service this time. Very long wait, then a bus came, no space on the bus, finally I took a taxi. The car was okay as always.
Perfect service - easy shuttle from the airport to pick-up station and back (5 minutes drive), you can register online in advance. take care: return is one block earlier! and: we got free upgrade :-)

After a difficulty/delay with the curtesy bus (about 30 minutes wait) all went well. No pressure to upgrade insurance and we got upgraded to BMW. Weren't told to return car to different address, but it was only a few hundred metres away. Good value for money.
I had a great experience with CarGest...the staff were helpful and attentive and the car supplied was clean and smart...My only down side was the length of time waiting on the transfer from the airport to the collection point but a minor annoyance compared to the over all process.
If possible i would give 10 out of 10 for the service of the employees of cargest brilliant from start to finish. Free upgrade on car was a bonus, i wouldnt hesitate to use again. Thank you
