My first time using Cargest, was very pleased with the courtesy of the staff and the condition of the car. Will definitely be using this company again.
I’d give a 5 for the quality of the car, and the very reasonable prices, but unfortunately the waiting time to get picked up at the airport was way too long. The minivan was also too small to accommodate al the people waiting.
Friendly, caring service and have been given an upgrade on occasions. Good flexible fuel policy. Good cars.

Just few initial issues at the arrival airport for pick up ; the rest was very good...good staff , car , service and return of car.
First time using Cargest, certainly won’t be the last. I’m a realist and didn’t expect to walk straight onto a courtesy bus. Had to wait all of 15 minutes for the 3rd bus. Was well organised and controlled by the Cargest members of staff at the terminal. Wasn’t an issue even with 3 teens. Car excellent as was service. Will be back for another car next year
