Good car, fast service, friendly staff!
260024712 The price was great and we had a brand new car pick up was smooth and easy very polite staff and friendly they explained everything perfect. Drop off was the same no hastle came in parked up and shuttle back to the airport perfect. I would highly recomend these guys and girls and I have now found a place I will rent from in the future. We had a great experience with CarGest at Málaga Airport. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. Every email we sent was answered quickly, clearly and professionally. We booked the Premium package, and everything was exactly as described. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Before our trip, we had several questions about the insurance, payment with a debit card, and possible extra costs. The team took the time to answer every question in detail, which gave us a lot of confidence before arriving. We even needed to extend our return time because our flight was delayed. CarGest changed our booking free of charge within minutes of receiving our email, which we really appreciated. The pick-up process was smooth, the shuttle service was quick, and we even received a Seat Ibiza instead of the booked Nissan Micra, which was a nice upgrade. Overall, a very friendly, transparent and reliable company. We would definitely rent from CarGest again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Málaga.

It takes a month to give the deposit free. Other rental compies do it directly. When you ask for it, they can give it free manually. Cars and service are in good shape.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been renting cars from CarGest for several years now, and they have always been my go-to choice. Once again, I had a great experience. We rented a car from July 14th until July 31st and even received a complimentary upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The car was clean, modern, in excellent condition, and we had absolutely no issues with it during our trip. The prices are very competitive, the shuttle service is quick and efficient, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The only small downside this time was that we had to wait quite a long time before receiving our car upon arrival. That’s something I’m not used to with CarGest, as the process is normally very fast and smooth. Fortunately, it was just a one-off inconvenience and certainly didn’t affect the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend CarGest and will definitely continue renting from them in the future. Five stars!
