We have been using Cargest for several years now and have consistently received excellent service. The cars are perfect; this year’s vehicle had 7,500 km on the clock, which is essentially like a brand-new car. The pick-up and drop-off processes are very smooth, and the staff is friendly; I really have no complaints or suggestions for improvement. The range of convertibles could perhaps be expanded a bit, but that is more of a suggestion than a criticism. ( 260028840 )
Super service, our first car had some problems and in about 10 minuten we have new car !
Really good experience overall. We were given an almost new Audi Q2 which was great. Car was perfect, low mileage and well presented. Check in was smooth, quick with a very helpful guy. Our only gripe was that it took nearly 25 minutes to get transferred from the airport to the collection garage due to the minibuses being full. However the airport was crazy busy so maybe it was just bad luck. Overall though we’d recommend CarGest and will definitely use them again.
This was already the fourth or fifth time we rented with cargest and I can only say their staff is always very friendly, helpful and correct. This time I got a much bigger car than expected ( bmw X3 2.0 D) it had only 2150 km and was brand new. IAm happy with cargest and will recommend them without a doubt!
Heel vriendelijk personeel. We hadden een Seat Ibiza gehuurd maar kregen een 'upgrade' naar een VW T-Cross. Hogere instap wat fijner is met rijden. Inleveren auto ging ook vrij snel en moeiteloos. Korte transfer van en naar de luchthaven wat ook een pluspunt is!
