Instead of the rented Seat Ibiza, we got a Cupra Leon from Cargest. The vehicle was handed over very quickly, which is good on the one hand, but on the other hand could be complicated if you are not familiar with this type of car. The return was just as quick, despite the vehicle having been damaged while parking. This was very positive for us, as the flight was leaving quite early.

The start was very bad. The pick up process was chaotic. We had to wait one hour under a rather shabby bridge, without any signs of the company (you had to ask where to go). This was not a happy start. Not good for our mood. They really can improve here. At the office the help was fine and pretty quick. We received an upgrade which was a nice surpise. The drop off went quick and smooth. Staff is trying I guess, but a bit too serious (no smiles) and always in a hurry. That is a pitty.
