Contractnr: 260032896 in one word perfect !!
Cargest is such a great rental company! We had booked a rental car with full insurance. Upon arrival, we were immediately upgraded to a BMW X1—a truly lovely car to drive. Unfortunately, halfway through our holiday, we backed into a small fence and caused quite a bit of damage 🥲. It was resolved so well and so quickly, though. We emailed photos of the damage and called right away. We were told it was no problem at all—we were fully insured. We were able to swap the car immediately, hassle-free, and got another BMW X1. Thanks for that, and a huge thank you to Andrés at the reception desk!
As usual car was great, service excellent and on the flight home we recommended CarGest to fellow passenger

I make one recommendation: the car mat was after cleaning very very smooth. It wasn’t safe in my ooien to drive.
