Had a slight delay collecting us from the airport but made up with a fantastic upgrade to a brand new BMW 520e. The only issue was it was not made clear, you need to leave a £300 security deposit on credit card even though you take full insurance policy, never actually left my bank but its incase you receive parking fines ect. But should be made more clear on website when booking!!! Saying that though fantastic company will definitely use again next time I'm there.

I had booked a VW Polo for 9 days. When we arrived we were given a BMW 1 series - excellent car. The lads behind the desk at Cargest in Malaga airport were very good. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend Cargest for your car hire.
I always use Cargest when I need a car at Malaga Airport. They provide a smooth and very efficient service, great price and good quality cars. They never try and upsell unnecessary insurance. On occasion I have also been given a free upgrade. I fully recommend this company.
Very reliable and good car rental. They gave us (family, 3 persons) a brand new small BMW - thus the fuel tank was empty and needed to be filled by the gas station nearby. The transport to the car hire building (= not directly at the airport main building, but only 3 min. by car hire's own transfer bus) was well organized. Also the return of the car was easy and without any complications. However, when there are some people returning their cars it can take some minutes (about 20? to wait for it to return again) as the transfer shuttle minibus only has space for 8 people.

Check in could have been quicker due to only two receptionists,took 30 minutes,but was given a brand new BMW a huge upgrade on my car class group.A huge bonus.Everything else was very smooth.Would use them again!

No hidden charges or penalties (granted we had full insurance with no excess but those who have been stung will always be suspicious of rental companies) ….good customer service and a nice car. Won’t be using Gold car ever again, we have a new company to use.
