We rented a car a few times this year and last year, and each time it was a very positive experience. From pickup, registration, and reception to returning the car, the service from the enthusiastic staff was always smooth and super friendly. Great service from start to finish! Collection at the airport was quick and hassle-free. It took less than 5 minutes to complete the paperwork, and I was given a nearly new BMW X2 with only 3,000 km on the clock. After 10 days, returning the car was just as easy. It was checked over in around 3 minutes, and I was straight back on the shuttle bus to the airport. First-class service throughout.
