The service was excellent — very fast, affordable, and professional. The car was extremely clean inside, and the mechanical condition was perfect. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided transportation from the airport to the office, and when returning the car, they also took us back to the airport at any hour. This was my first visit to Málaga and the first car rental company I dealt with there, and I will definitely use their service again in the future. I highly recommend them to my family and friends when they visit Málaga. Thank you very much!

I would highly recommend Carqest. After being ripped off several times elsewhere I am so happy to find a company with decent prices and everything upfront on website. Transfers easy and drop off at separate garage quick and simple...especially if you go to bp garage on m21 slip road 1st to fill up and then use dirt road under 2 flyovers to drive around to garage. We had a really good car, everything went quite smoothly except a few details that could be improved: - Pickup location in Malaga airport could be better described - Return address could be better described as well (there is one for regular hours and one for after hours). If you just provide these two addresses with the time-frame then it would be great. Cars and staff were really nice and friendly!
At the pick up, the remover control of the car didn't work and we directly saw the warning that the tyre pression was too low. This could have been checked before. The car had quite a lot of damages as well. For the rest, we had a good experience: good shuttle service, good price.
Quick, friendly, good service, good car, but oil indication and battery was low at the end of our journey !
Habe zum erste Mal diesen Anbieter gebeucht und war mit dem Pickup am Airport, Abholung des Fahrzeuges ohne jegliche Wartezeit, der Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges und Rückfahrt zum Flughafen absolut zufrieden. Das Fahrzeug war sowohl außen als auch innen top! Anstelle eines Fiat500 gab's einen VW Troc. BESSER GEHT NICHT, Vielen Dank
A perfect car rental company. They transported us from the airport to the car rental with a suttle bus, the rental car was clean, as good as new and fully equipped; the only thing left was a driver. Returning the car went as smoothly as borrowing it: quick and with smile, after which they took us back to the airport. Everyone else requires a credit card, but this company accepts debit as well. The only disadvantage is that the amount will be blocked on your debit card for more than a month, but it's entirely up to the client whether they choose this option. If I'll ever visit Malaga again in the future, I will probably use the service of this rental company again. My contract number is: 260012526
My favorite car rental service in Malaga, I have already rented here many times, and was very satisfied each time. I especially appreciate that before renting the car, you don't have to crawl around the car to see if there are some small scratches, because anyway everything is covered by the policy. This makes the whole procedure much less stressful than with outer care renting companies. Will definitely rent here again!
