New BMW auto, quick efficient staff, no hassle inclusive price. Easy process good price, recommended.
Good car and competitive price. Shuttle bus was quick and easy BUT the wait to pick up the car was terrible. We waited in a queue for over 30 minutes before being seen by the customer representative. This is not acceptable and spoils an otherwise good experience.

Fine car and fine service - EXCEPT the way they are treating our bags in and out in the shuttle bus. It was terrible and I was afraid that that my computer and other things in the bag would be broken.

Great service. Got a free upgrade to almost a brand new BMW X1 on arrival with good equipment. After car reservation extension I got a brand new BMW Series 1. Just 400km. They accept debit card payments. Pick up was smooth. Car return was fast and smooth as well. No problems at all! The only thing I would consider is to improve the extension process policy. I had a pretty stressful experience when I needed to extend my car reservation. The communication by email is completely way too long and this is the only way you can extend the car rent. No one simply responds. So, by the time they finally responded to me the car rent price has doubled :( But overall I had only a great experience with this company. I definitely, highly recommend Cargest and will come back next time.
