No one there to welcome you at the airport (was so before the pandemic), we walked to the old place and had to ask an airport employee where to wait, bus was already there and was about to leave, after that everything was perfect, car as always in good condition, easy booking and uncomplicated return. Very nice new building.

I’ve used Cargest twice now and have had a very good service .I had to wait about twenty minutes the second time but I’d just missed the courtesy bus so no great problem .Frequent users like myself can get a modest discount which could be better to encourage loyalty and passing on word of mouth testimonials to other potential clients .
Nobody to greet you at the airport had to ask other car hire company and was told where to wait and after 10 minutes cargest bus turns up after that every thing was perfect good car easy booking in and easy return
Price and car (rather new one!) are excellent, however, shuttle bus for picking up passengers (often numerous) at arrival quite small, which causes additional waiting time. Long queue at check-in counter as only one staff on duty to attend numerous customers was a bit too time consuming. Car return was easy, convenient and uncomplicated. My Overall opinion: next time again CARGEST.

Good value for money, great car. Had to walk from drop-off to terminal as there was no courtesy coach at 6am, a bit complicate, but possible.
