good car, perfect service!
Our experience with Cargest was excellent although we were charged a late fee because our plane was delayed. This seemed a bit unfair since it was only a few minutes and absolutely not our fault!
We have now been here for the 19th time and once again have been well and quickly helped by the friendly men behind the counter. And received a nice upgrade in the process!
The car changed from t-Cross to Mini countryman. „You get a DIESEL“. the first time you fill up, the pistol does not fit into the tank opening. the gas station attendant drew our attention to the fact that it is a petrol engine. if the gun had fit, the motor would have blown. - the staff was unable to connect my phone to the car via CarPlay. the staff seemed absolutely incompetent to me.
Puck up at the AirPort took a little bit long because there were a lot of people for the transfer to the rental station, but for the rest it was perfect
