Everything was great! They picked us up at the airport, and took us to the airport when we delivered the car back.
Good pickup service. The car very good, but, no service in the night time. No place to live the car, no place to drop the key and no shuttelbus as promised. No signs and no information at drop off place.

The car was very damaged. Oil was empty en the tires gave a warning for low tiertention. We were very scared en stopped in the middle of the highway to check it. Then there was a car and bumped us. I’m now in the hospital all because of the warning. Next time I’m going to rent because before the accident the car was very fast. Thumps up for the shuttle bus. The driver was very cute. 5 stars for just the driver

Great service both pick up and return. Good price. Only hiccup was definition of Large Car. Don't think BMW 116 qualifies as Big. Struggled to get 2 cases, 2 sets of golf clubs in. Then struggled to get my ageing body into drivers seat.
