Michael BarryThe writer and historian Michael Barry published a few months ago his third book dedicated to our country, one focused on the history of the Costa del Sol. Its title is `??????, ? ???????? ??? ?????’, and it is a guide that shows the history of Malaga from the first Phoenician settlements to the present day, visiting the great traditions and places of the city such as Easter, the Fair or the tapas bars. In its 280 pages you can enjoy a wide range of images of the city taken on the street by himself, giving it a more natural tone.
The publishing house Andalus Press has taken care of distributing it both in online sales platforms and in physical bookstores in Malaga. It can also be purchased at the Malaga airport shops and at almost any souvenir shop in the province.
We are left with one of his witty phrases that he said in an interview: “You are lucky to live in Malaga. They have one of the best climates in Europe, and their city has expanded greatly in recent decades.
Thank you Michael for your words and your involvement with this city.
