Dear sir/madam,I have owned a property on the Costa since more than 10 years. We visit Andalucia about 5 times per year. I have used the services of various car rental companies; at our last two visits (Nov 2010 and Jan 2011) I used Cargest and was very pleased with the friendly service and the good price/quality relationship.
We have rent a car last september and the service was very nice.
For many years I have been hiring a car at Malaga airport when visiting the area 3 or 4 times a year. I have always expeienced long queues, usually impolite staff, confusion, occasional demands for additional charges and general delaying incompetence.This year I tried CARGEST. What a difference! We were met promptly at the airport and clearly directed to the waiting transport and were taken immediately to the nearby CARGEST location. We were greeted and assisted with luggage. While my wife waited in a comfortable seating area, I went to the Office to finalise paperwork and payment. A few minutes of formality and we were away in a well prepared vehicle.The return of the vehicle was even simpler. Drive in, put luggage in transfer vehicle while returned hire vehicle was being checked. All O.K. Off to the airport! What a difference from hiring a car from an on airport company. With CARGEST we experienced courtesy and competence of the highest order at a price which was better than on airport competitors ,and which had a sensible fuelling policy.!!!!!We thank you and look forward to using your company when we return to Costa del Sol next year.
