Fast Delivery and return. Almost new car and very clean!
We got a nice, extremely clean (which isn't always the case with car hire companies, we know by experience) young car, a Seat Ibiza. The staff (pick-up and return) was nice and since we had all insurances covered with the booking, the only thing they tried to advise us was a car with automatic transmission, which we didn't need. They also told us the navigation wasn't included and CarPlay wouldn't work unless we took a more expensive car but it actually did work, so our guess was right :-)
Very friendly staff, very good organisation, exceptional quick and unbureaucratic processing, hassle-free vehicle replacement after key failure.
It took far far too long (over 1 hour) to get the car on Monday 22 Dec (combination of waiting for shuttle bus, being busy and giving us an automatic when we'd asked for manual) but other than that its a good company that didn't rip us off or try to charge extra. Everything was well organized. Pick-up from Airport was smooth and same was the service at Cargest garage. Suggest Cargest to have more personnel at front desk during the busy periods, as on 22nd December in the evening.
