Good service in general, we got an upgrade for the car . Had to wait quite long for the shuttle when we arrived in the airport. For the rest everything went smoothly !

Great service and a lovely car awaited us, spotless clean, easy handover and drop off, the only downside was our flight was delayed on arrival so it cost us an out of hours fee, would use ECargest again though
Well organized and easy to collect the car. We had an Audi A1 with 34000 km. Great car for traveling 1200 km’s. Easy to bring back the car.
The car was perfect for us: small, good engine and it included all insurances we could think of. It had about 28.000 km and a few scratches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor critic was on the windows of the car which were not clean from in- and outside. Driving into the sun was an adventure. We would choose Cargest again, anytime.
All in all a very good experience renting from Cargest, nice car, friendly service and good rates. Just a couple of things to inprove; the complicated check in process leds to delays, the car return location was unclear...you need to update your map to clearly specify the location
