Shuttle bus waiting at the airport, 3 minutes to depot, 5 minutes to check in. Very attentive and helpful staff. They didn't have the car I requested, so upgraded me to an executive class with no additional cost. Extremely impressed with the whole process from pickup to drop off. Will definitely use them on future visits.

I have used Cargest now for over nine years and have never had an issue with them.I will continue to use them as they simply are the best car rental company in Malaga,no hard sell or leaving deposits against fuel. My one complaint was not enough staff at check in with quite a queue of customers waiting on their cars.Another was returning the car,a lot of folk arrived at the same time and getting a seat on the mini bus to the airport was a big problem,I think a larger bus or a second one is required.Love this company and will book next years car as soon as I confirm my travel dates.

Pick up was not straight forward or timely - 35 mins from first phone call including 2 further calls. Check in was also painful - 1 person trying to deal with several people. that said the car was good, damage noted correctly and no issues. Return to a different building no issue either and check out very smooth. If you can sort out the pick up and check in then actually a good ,car rental option
