Thank you for your excellent and responsive service. I appreciated you not trying to sell me more insurance, and your fuel fees were simple and transparent . Some of the other care hire places look cheaper but when you read the small print they add on all sorts your price was very good , the upgrade was much appreciated and I would certainly recommend your service , you could promote exactly where to go for your transfer bus from the terminal to your office is as I missed it on your web site .

Brilliant service! We were met at arrivals and directed to the end of the car rental tunnel where we were collected by the shuttle bus and taken round the corner to their office. Absolutely no hassle sorting out the three cars we'd hired and really friendly, patient and helpful staff. At the end of our holiday, we simply drove back in, handed over keys and got shuttle bus back to the airport. They have a mixture of new and older cars, which was no problem for us as we got cars that suited each family group perfectly and got all our luggage in. We paid the extra for full insurance and tyre/glass cover etc at time of booking, which didn't work out to be much more for the peace of mind it gave. I'd read some horror stories about the big name companies hard-selling insurance, long queues and being really picky upon return and really didn't need that hassle on holiday. I did my research of reviews of all the local car hire companies and Cargest consistently came out on top for good reviews, which is why we went with them and we will definitely use them again.
