Perfect rental company! Very well organized and good communication. We arrived late at the airport with a delay but they were waiting for us with a shuttle bus to bring us to the rental company. When we arrived we were given an upgrade, so we drove away with a BMW 116D. Even before arriving in Malaga we received a call to confirm our arrival and booking details. During our trip we unfortunately had a puncture near Ronda, on an off-road/gravel road with nothing near us. After a call to Cargest because this car had no extra tire, Mike was very help full and within 1,5 hour we were able to continue our trip to Sevilla! We got towed to the nearest garage for a repair. Mike even called the garage to inform that we are on our way and needed a fix before the shop closed at 8pm, he called them and arrange that they waited for us 10 minutes max after their actual closing time! It was 7:40pm when we drove away from the gravel road! Thanks to Mike we didn’t had to go back to Malaga and we continued our journey.We are super happy with this company, very fast with everything and clear! Next time when we are back, we will definitely rent a car at Cargest again. Also nice they speak English!!
Older high mileage cars but who cares. I dinked my cars bumper to the point where it was hanging on by a thread and it was covered by general insurance. Also you can hire golf club s cheap with the car. Recommended.
