The best hire car company going, honest, no pressure sales of collision damage waver so the staff can get commission, many a holiday ruined in Spain and Italy with hire car companies insisting on CDW or finding imaginary damage, Not a bit of trouble with these, they put the others to shame. Overall it was good experience. Some notes still requires to be taken in consideration. Instruction was not correct in the provided email, had to call the office on arrival to Malaga airport. Same shuttle service as any other car rentals company. Removed one star, as asked via email to upgrade class of the car and got confirmation that it is upgraded and no new reservation is required. On arrival got told, that no, we only said that we will provide you upper class, if it will be possible and there will be free car, what is absolutely not true. Got no complaints regarding that as received brand new Seat Leon just from the dealer with 17km milage. They've just upgraded their cars fleet to brand news Seat Leon, BMW 1 series, X2 series, Audi A1 etc. While booking haven't found any information regarding deposit, on the desk been asked to leave 300eur security deposit for key loss or wrong fuel. Waiting for it to return. Had full damage cover, scratched one of the wheels, on return of the car got confirmation, that's it's covered and nothing to worry about.

Quick service and nice cars. We had a nice BMW 116. Our flight was earlier than expected and we got a bit lost driving to the airport and where late. Cargest helped us get at the airport and our flight on time. We will definitely rent our car from Cargest again.
