These are hard working people. Very efficent. You might think that a low price is an indication that you should be careful, but no problems. We were upgraded and I could never have had this car for this price anywhere else. And if you have to wait at the airport to be picked up, be patient. The whole airplane is coming out at once...

Made reservation online, price paid (281 EUR / week) exactly the same as shown + 300 EUR deposit, which was returned a few days after we returned the car. Pros: - the shuttle driver is such a friendly and positive vibe person. It makes you feel you made the right choice. - free upgrade to the next class, almost new car (300 km only), they seemed to have new cars, in general. Cons: - better instructions on where the airport shuttle can be found - queues at the papers office where the car is picked up. suggestion: ask info upfront, and prefill papers? - weird fuel policy, half to half, why not full to full? it's tricky to fill the tank 50% - located outside of the airport (the location on the map is misleading), but probably that allows them to offer better prices => some hassle with crowds, queues, etc

Best car hire company, honest, no pressure selling collision damage so staff can get a commission, many holidays ruined in Spain and Italy with car hire companies insisting on CDW or looking for imaginary damage, not a bit of trouble with these, they put the others to shame.
