Excellent customer service. Easy process for picking up and dropping off and the car was almost new! We will definitely be hiring from here in future.

Hi recently rented a car for 3 weeks and all good. Nicolas at the front desk is a great ambassador for Cargest courteous friendly and efficient. Back again in October and have already booked a car with Cargest.

One of the best experiences I have had whilst hiring cars in Malaga (which I do regularly) from being collected by the bus to the service received at the desk was all first class. The drop off was slightly confusing due to being a different building but found it and the guys where a great help. All in all a great experience well done to all the guys.

I rented a BMW X1 during my vacation in Benahavis. Very clean and brand new BMW X1 M-Sport. Only had 2000km on the clock. Everything went smooth during pickup and dropoff. The shuttle bus were on time. We waited aprox 5 min.

Very good service, arrived in Malaga 13/8 minor flight delay. Called office and Dario arrived almost immediately with minibus. He was very friendly and professional and the car given was also slightly upgraded. Car clean, and in excellent working order as not very old. Instructions to return the car, as early flight, easy to follow. Thank you

The first positive experience (of many) I have ever had hiring a car in Malaga. I arrived late on a Friday evening & had to pay a small late arrival surcharge, however it turned out to be worth every euro. The pick up was seamless. The driver who also checked me in was helpful and courteous, there was absolutely no heavy push to buy insurance or other things I didn’t need. Amazingly for the first time ever I actually got the VW I had booked & not the ‘or other’ car, plus I was offered the option of an automatic at no extra cost. CarGest were slightly more expensive than Goldcar, who are an on site rental company but having had the worst experience ever with Goldcar I would recommend would be renters to avoid them like the plague. My experience of CarGest couldn’t have been better. If their prices are as competitive next year I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Great rates and excellent service. Booking easily done online. Easy pick up and drop off with shuttle service to and from the airport from their location by the airport. Highly recommend.

Really good experience overall. Booking was straightforward and much more affordable than anything at home (in ireland). Collection to and from the airport was prompt and the drivers were lovely. The car was in great condition and easy to drive once we figured out how to change the language! One thing I would say is, although the bank pre-authorisation (€300 for this car) was outlined on the website and in the FAQ section, I think it would also be beneficial if it was stated in the confirmation email, as a reminder that you will have to authorise this amount on arrival along with the rental cost. I personally found this a little confusing and the gentleman at the desk didn't seem particularly happy about explaining it to me. On drop-off, the return office was closed (8.30pm) but when we enquired at the main office, were told it was open which it then was when we went back. Not a big deal but a little confusing! Overall, a great and affordable service and would still recommend 😁

Excellent service from start to finish. Before our holiday the communication was brilliant, very helpful and answered everything I needed. When we arrived we called them and they were there to pick us up within 10 minutes. They had to make two trips due to the fact that there were 3 families and not enough room in the van, so my sister and I went, leaving a few of our family members behind for the next pick up but worked out well as we managed to get the forms filled in before our family arrived, so there was no hanging around. The journey from the airport is 5 mins away, and the staff members were friendly and very helpful. Everything was easy and we got away swiftly. The car was basically brand new and bigger than we asked for which was amazing. Please check the car before and I would recommend taking pictures or videos before just to confirm what it was like before you started to drive it, just for reassurance. The car went really well for the week and because our flight was early morning we had to drop the car off at Terminal 1 Level 3, we had to leave the car keys and parking ticket in the car. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Cargest. Thanks again

I've been a business customer of Cargest for many years and have never had anything other than excellent service. This time I was with my family but I'll be hiring another 2 vehicles, for business, in 2 weeks. There are so many dishonest car hire companies who try to blame innocent customers for previous damage and try to sell unnecessary insurance. An honest company like Cargest is a pleasure to do business with!
