Excellent service, easy to book over the internet. Shuttle bus service was good. Garage where car was 3 mins away. The car we had was excellent and had only 4500 kms on it so very new. Very competitively priced as well. Definitely be using Cargest again when I return.
I was told to call the office upon landing. I did this and was cut off 6 times. You had a rep at the minibus park but I was not told this. At the office it took your agent over 15 minutes to find a form to record my details as my phone cannot read QR codes. The car was very good and the out of hours drop off arrangements was excellent.
The trip from and to the airport to pick up and drop off the car was good. The staff at the Malaga branch were friendly and efficient. The car was great.
Very good car rental company. Cargest do not penalise you for being 75 and over which many other companies do. Always good cars.

Best car rent office we rent a car over the years in Spain. Great service, nice terms, friendly workers that speak Englisch en very good car.
Service mostly very good but slow to pick up the car due to a hard sell of another insurance policy which I already ready had with one of the world’s biggest companies the guy kept telling me not good enough. Eventually got the car very good and very clean upgrade to what I ordered did find it strange they would do that if I didn’t have enough insurance. I would use again owing to the great condition of there vehicles.
