The car was very damaged. Oil was empty en the tires gave a warning for low tiertention. We were very scared en stopped in the middle of the highway to check it. Then there was a car and bumped us. I’m now in the hospital all because of the warning. Next time I’m going to rent because before the accident the car was very fast. Thumps up for the shuttle bus. The driver was very cute. 5 stars for just the driver

Great service both pick up and return. Good price. Only hiccup was definition of Large Car. Don't think BMW 116 qualifies as Big. Struggled to get 2 cases, 2 sets of golf clubs in. Then struggled to get my ageing body into drivers seat.
Fast, friendly staff, you don't have ask for anything, full information. Car is clear and new. Price - great, if you book on their site not through aggregate of different companies - with full insurance without deposit for parking damage etc. we payed slightly higher than in other companies without insurance with a high damage deposit. And don't believe Google Maps - it seems far from airport, further thant respectable global rent-a-car brands, but it's 5 minutes on foot. Warning - when you pick up car, you must have 300 euro in card for deposit on case lost keys. They return in 2-3 days after returning car, it's fast.
Friendly reception, prompt and professional. Quick allocation of vehicle and off we went. Drop off simple and swift and airport transfer ready and waiting. Vehicle allocated was an upgrade, and what an enjoyable drive.
Car choice upgraded to a bmw 118 from a seat Ibiza. Car faultless for 3 months. No worries due to generous allowances. Speedy trouble free return with superb service from the shuttle driver! Best car rental we’ve ever used!
Great experience, and what a refreshing change from the usual queueing and waiting around in the airport. We were met just outside and taken in a people carrier to the pick up depot. Within about 10 minutes we were on our way! The car was great, our only issue being we got a puncture. Just one of those things, and the staff at CarGest were supportive and helpful when we rang for advise. We will never use any other car hire company in Malaga, and have already recommended them to our family and friends. All the staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. What a great team!

Really pleasant experience and in fairness it should be a 4.5 rating as the price was good, car was great and the customer service was relaxed and there was no pressure sales for add ons. The only down side was a very slow pick up from the airport, but i was 90 minutes late. You also have to take the car back to a different office from the place that you pick up and i was not informed of that either, but these are minor points. Overall a very pleasant experience and i will be returning later in the year as i am buying a place down in Estepona so likely to be a regular customer as long as the experience remains as good as this.
