Very good car for a great prive. Did not bring my creditcard and they offered different solution so I did not get stuck at their location fir my important business trip. I use them again next time!

Very easy and fast pick up. We got a brand new car and the staff did not try to sell any unwanted extras. Also the return was easy as 123 and within a couple of minutes we were brought back to the airport by the very friendly driver in fact the whole team of cargest was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine
We booked a package deal (appartment with car hire) from Sunweb. We did not know that the car was hired via Cargest (untill we got all the paperwork 1.5 weeks in advance of the trip to Malaga/Nerja in Spain). I did not know the company Cargest, but after all I am positively surprised. Although the check-in was a bit hectic (quite some tourists arrived at the same time, and only two employees were handling the check-in), and it took a while before it was our turn. The further checking-in was pretty fast and without hassle (don't forget to check-in online, it speeds up the checking in). Although, I had to trust a lot what was on the contract, because there was no real time to go it all through. In the end, my (little) doubts were not grounded, everything went ok. In fact, because we were also a bit late in the evening, the small car we hired via Sunweb was not available anymore, and we got a much more luxurious car (a BMW) without any questions asked, a big bonus for us ! Returning the car couldn't be more easier and was very friendly. Quick check, and we were brought back to the airport by their shuttle bus (by a very friendly driver, unfortunetely I did not get his name, but he even explained the procedure to follow on the airport for departure). Thanks for the wonderful service !
