Very efficient and good car
We had a little trouble with the pickup at the airport, we had to wait for almost an hour which was not a very nice start of our vacation, but after that everything went smoothly. We got a Mini Countryman, which was a lot bigger than the Seat we were supposed to get. It was a fine car, automatic. The dropoff went smoothly and we instantly were transported back to the airport. Just a reminder: our carkey said the car was a diesel and it was also on the papers, but it turned out to be gas. We were a little panicked when we put gas in it and saw diesel. When you tank the wrong fuel you're not insured for that.
The car itself and the procedures of getting and returning it were fine.
Very easy proces during pick-up and return
Used CarGest for the first time last year and was so pleased that I used them again this year. Our plane was 2 hours late but the pick up was waiting to take us to collect the car the service cannot be faulted and the cars are always clean and in good condition. Highly recommended
