everything was perfect, the car, your very friendly and helpful staff, easy picking up and bringing back of the car; one thing is there, that you could make better: it was very hard for us to find your office - the one for picking up aswell as the one for retuning the car. A good description how to get there would be very very helpful! Everything else was great, thank you!

Our experience with Cargest was excellent although we were charged a late fee because our plane was delayed.This seemed a bit unfair since it was only a few minutes and absolutely not our fault!
We have now been here for the 19th time and once again have been well and quickly helped by the friendly men behind the counter. And received a nice upgrade in the process!
The car changed from t-Cross to Mini countryman. „You get a DIESEL“. the first time you fill up, the pistol does not fit into the tank opening. the gas station attendant drew our attention to the fact that it is a petrol engine. if the gun had fit, the motor would have blown. - the staff was unable to connect my phone to the car via CarPlay. the staff seemed absolutely incompetent to me.
