20 years + service ✅ always friendly, fun & welcoming, sometimes rush hour in collection and drop off causing pick up and drop off delays, but understand this problem!

We had this car through Sunny Cars. The positive things: the car was relatively new, it was clean, no technical defects, shuttle service worked fine both ways. Negative: no influence on the type of car, and the car itself was a model that was widely offered by Car Gest (most cars we saw from them were this model), but that was not suitable for suitcases. No option of changing the car in the same category to another model. Also negative: when we returned the car on our way for our flight, we had to wait 15 minutes while 3 staff refused to help us and were in stead washing another car. We almost missed our flight.
Quick shuttle service from Malaga airport, smooth registration, brand new car, fast return process, shuttle back to airport. Pick-up and return are at different locations, but both close to the airport. Very friendly staff. July 2023.
This is the second time we've used CarGest, this time was not as good as the first mainly due to the long wait for the bus to take us out to pick up the car. Otherwise the service was excellent and the car itself was really good.
