Everything worked out well, we had a good exprience with cargest
We waited almost 1 hour for the shuttle bus from the airport to the rentalcar office. no one could be reached by phone either. Otherwise everything went smoothly
There was a very gentle Italian Guy helping me . Very chill company, no problems or strange questions .

Very clever people. Available on Phone in the middle of the night with delayed flight. Good Service. Little bit difficult to find the place for giving back the car but with Navigation System okay

It was a good service, they drive us from the airport to the rental garage. The staff was friendly en fast. After signing the papers, i got a parkingplace number. There was no explanation about how to use the car. I think cargest thinks everybody knows how a new car works ;))
a good pick-up from the airport, a brandnew car where all our luggage fits in, friedly staff. the reason i gave 4 stars is the adress to return the car early in de morning (at easycars) ,they tell me to bring it to the fifth floor, because there was no space to turn the car and bring it to the next level, no lights in stairway to go down. very friendly driver brought us back to the airport.
We enjoyed riding with the car. Car Rental was included with insurance and with our flight and accommodation.
At the pickup quick busy with other people but they did their best to help everyone as quick as possible. Great facilities at the pickup point, drinks and toilet. Car was also very nice, like new and clean. Perfect, quick and friendly shuttle service.
