Pick up from airport was very slow and only one shuttle bus, which took 8 people at a time. Apart from that every thing was good.
At first on arrival cannot find sign of your company or representive. However all went well when he showup. . one point : your company need a bigger sign at the coaches pick up point. Apart from that all went well. Car was excellent as well as the service. Very good service at Pickup and Return .
Desk didn’t give me right info related to basic /premium contract. That ended for me with basic AND full insurance to quite a higer price than premium price.
Personal service and car were perfect. However I had a flat tire, and the hotline did not pick up, via Email I got a reaction 3 hours later, and this information was not helpful at all.
At first, we could only get an answerphone message when we rang to say we had arrived. However we then saw your representative at the coaches point and all went very well from then on. Car was excellent as was service. We will use again .
We booked a Mini Cooper Cabrio and became a BMW 4 Pers. Cabrio.... What a car! Very good service also at Pickup and Return!

Great experience. The fast response from the office, quick pick up drive from the airport, very clearly written policies and great cars. Everything went very fast and the staff was very friendly. The return was also without any trouble. Much appreciated and will recommend to all traveling to Malaga.
