Very good service, good and clear communication
Perfect hand-over and return procedure, quick and no discussion. It would have been appreciated to get a short introduction in vehicle systems (radar warning) and a cleaner windscreen inside (bad vision at night). But all in all excellent customer handling.
All the staff were friendly and courteous. The service was good, and the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. (they had 3 Counters open). The vehicle was in excellent condition. They didn't try to sell us additional insurance. Picking up and returning the vehicle were both straightforward. We'll come back.

The pick up of the car was short for closing time. A short instruction for the car should be convenient as every car has his own features.
