The whole process from booking to pick up car is perfect. Very fair conditions, even if a problem took place, like we had, it was solved urgently.
Cargest informed us via telephone at our departure in Vienna, that the government ordered „catastrophy measures, all employees were sent home, the rental car cannot be picked up at arrival; we may take a Taxi further to Marbella, the costs will be refunded. We arrived on 13th Nov, a day with heavy thunderstorms and flooding in Malaga (a storm, that got the name „Dana“); absolute Chaos together with other arrived passengers at airport, no busses, trains,…nothing. We hired one Van Taxi, that cost us 200.- Euros to 50 km far Marbella. Next morning we were picked up by a Shuttle Van from Cargest, transferred to the rental station and got the rental car AND also the 200.- Taxi costs were reimbursed as offered.

Good and reliable pick-up and drop off. Had an issue with car and rang them and was picked up and taken back to the airport to pick up a replacement car within 2 hours. The sign of a great company is great service. Would not use anyone else.
