Excellent car and friendly staff. Quick delivery (but no explanation about the car, that would be appreciated) and despite the car was damaged while parked, quickly and smoothly return. Go car gest!
Very good car and a very good service + Shuttle Service to the airport
Very happy with the treatment and the service as we are always used to since several year. This time though, a bit of a delay in the collection upon arrival due to a busy desk and understaffing (1 member of staff to handle everything !). Perhaps you could look into the expected number of arrivals and adjust/flexibilize the staff accordingly ?
