We had a very good experience with Cargest. Friendly and accurate personel at the pickup and dropoff place for the car. We hired the car with all inclusive insurance and Cargest made that true. Just dropoff the car without inspection of it. By the way we had no damage. Thanks a lot Cargest.
Everything was fine.
As such, we are very satisfied with Cargest's service. We were given a brand new Seat Ibiza with 6 kilometers on the odometer. You have to give 5 stars, I would think. We don't because it was in a lower class than we had booked. Should have been a Seat Leon or similar. Other than that the service from Cargest was fine. Another small minus point. The car had just enough gas to get to a gas station was not really a charming service. We will go through you again in September hopefully this time it will go better and we will get the car we booked.
